(Milwaukee, WI) – The LIBRE Institute celebrated the Winter ESL Class completion on March 26, 2018. The LIBRE Institute is proud to be providing valuable tools to the Hispanic community through the offering of English courses. Graduates of the Winter ESL courses will continue into the Spring course series beginning on April 9th.

We are happy to see our community grow and provide them with the tools and language to improve their lives.”
