(Milwaukee, WI) – The LIBRE Institute is currently hosting courses in English as a Second Language for interested individuals in the Milwaukee area. Adults with limited ability to speak English earn an estimated 25 to 40 percent less than fluent English speaking adults. Learning the language will create more opportunities for people to accomplish their American Dream.
