Milwaukee, WI— (7/9/25) The LIBRE Institute, a nonprofit committed to equipping the Wisconsin Latino community with the tools and resources it needs to succeed, announced the start of its first round of ESL classes for Wisconsin’s Latino community.
The classes began this week and will run for eight weeks at no cost for attendees. Those interested must register online.

Anna Flores, The LIBRE Institute’s strategic director, issued the following statement:
“As we all know, English proficiency is indispensable in moving up the socio-economic ladder here in Wisconsin. The LIBRE Institute is thrilled to offer free ESL classes because we want to see the Latino community continue to prosper and thrive. In the coming months, The LIBRE Institute looks forward to building on these ESL classes to offer even more tools, resources, and services for the Wisconsin Latino community.”
