Si las empresas se ven obligadas a pagar m\u00e1s a cada empleado, tienen que subir los precios, reducir las horas o contratar a menos empleados para poder afrontar el aumento del salario m\u00ednimo. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Los aumentos del salario m\u00ednimo perjudican a los latinos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La reducci\u00f3n de puestos de trabajo y los salarios m\u00e1s bajos afectan de forma desproporcionada a los hispanos. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/thelibreinstitute.org\/blog\/2016\/12\/free-the-wage\/\">estudio realizado el a\u00f1o pasado por The LIBRE Institute<\/a> revel\u00f3 que el aumento del salario m\u00ednimo afecta especialmente a los trabajadores hispanos y a sus familias. <\/p>\n<p>Para los latinos sin educaci\u00f3n universitaria pero con diploma de secundaria, as\u00ed como para los hispanos sin diploma de secundaria, el empleo disminuye a medida que aumenta el salario m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<p>Los aumentos del salario m\u00ednimo pueden parecer una buena idea. Pero para muchos trabajadores aspirantes, subir el salario m\u00ednimo es como cortar el pelda\u00f1o inferior de la escalera hacia el \u00e9xito. <\/p>\n<p>En lugar de pol\u00edticas equivocadas implementadas con buenas intenciones, los responsables pol\u00edticos deber\u00edan considerar alternativas m\u00e1s fiables al salario m\u00ednimo.
