Es una se\u00f1al clara de que los votantes est\u00e1n listos para el cambio. <\/li>\n<li>Dem\u00f3cratas, republicanos e independientes coinciden de forma abrumadora en que Estados Unidos necesita hacer mucho m\u00e1s para mantener la independencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si queremos una econom\u00eda din\u00e1mica y productiva, preparada para afrontar los nuevos retos de las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas, <strong>tenemos que aprovechar de verdad nuestro enorme potencial energ\u00e9tico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pero hay m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Una buena pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica = mejores empleos para los latinos <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mientras lees esto, millones de latinos est\u00e1n construyendo con sus manos el futuro de la energ\u00eda estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>Casi <strong>1 de cada 5 trabajadores estadounidenses<\/strong> del sector energ\u00e9tico son latinos y, solo este a\u00f1o, se espera que 1,5 millones de latinos se incorporen a la fuerza laboral energ\u00e9tica de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Son empleos buenos, estables y bien pagados. Y, con una demanda de energ\u00eda que se prev\u00e9 que siga aumentando a medida que la IA revoluciona la econom\u00eda, estos empleos ser\u00e1n la columna vertebral de una econom\u00eda din\u00e1mica y pr\u00f3spera durante a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n<p>Es fundamental que estos empleos lleguen a la comunidad. Aqu\u00ed tienes por qu\u00e9: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6 de cada 10 latinos<\/strong> creen que hay escasez de mano de obra en su comunidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El 86% de los latinos<\/strong> cree que hay que hacer m\u00e1s para ayudar a nuestra comunidad a entrar en los sectores de la energ\u00eda, el transporte y la industria manufacturera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sin embargo, las mismas barreras que impiden que se construyan nuevos proyectos energ\u00e9ticos est\u00e1n evitando que miles de latinos consigan estos empleos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto tiene que cambiar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>El camino a seguir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica puede sonar como un debate t\u00e9cnico y abstracto. Pero sus efectos se notan muy de cerca. <\/p>\n<p>Una pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica de sentido com\u00fan tiene el potencial de ahorrarte dinero, hacer que Estados Unidos sea m\u00e1s seguro y crear miles de empleos bien pagados para los latinos en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El Congreso tiene un papel que desempe\u00f1ar.
