En la primera mitad de 2023, los hispanos contribuyeron al 18,7 % del crecimiento total del empleo, demostrando su importancia econ\u00f3mica. Sin embargo, la participaci\u00f3n en la fuerza laboral a\u00fan no ha vuelto a los niveles previos a la COVID.  <\/p>\n<p>El desempleo hispano muestra se\u00f1ales de mejora, pero las proyecciones indican posibles aumentos en el futuro. A pesar de los desaf\u00edos, la comunidad hispana sigue siendo una fuerza impulsora en industrias de r\u00e1pido crecimiento y en el emprendimiento. <\/p>\n<p>Mientras avanzamos por el camino que tenemos por delante, es vital apoyar pol\u00edticas que favorezcan el crecimiento y eliminar las barreras que dificultan la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica.
